Selling AI into Europe? The EU AI Act applies to you.

The EU AI Act reaches any company that places an AI system on the EU market, regardless of where the company is based. That includes US and UK firms. High-risk obligations become enforceable in August 2026, with penalties up to 7% of global turnover or EUR 35 million.
